๐ Whatโs included in the assessment?
The VCP assessment is divided into two sections:
Confidence to deliver
Evaluates the likelihood of success for each value driver based on the perspective of key leaders in your organization.
Recommendations
Captures open-ended advice and suggestions from leaders on what could be done to increase the impact of each value driver.
These insights help identify not only how confident leadership is in execution but also what actions or focus areas could drive improvement.
โ Example question formats
For each value driver in your VCP, the platform automatically generates a set of tailored questions:
Confidence (scale)
โI feel confident that [Org Name] will deliver on value driver: [value driver name].โ
Open-ended (recommendations)
โWhatโs the most impactful thing [Org Name] could do to increase impact?โ
โWhatโs the most impactful thing your function could do to increase impact?โ
These questions are grouped per value driver and are dynamically generated based on your survey setup.
๐ง Who should answer these questions?
Entromy recommends assigning these questions to your most strategic peer group, typically those with deep understanding and influence on VCP outcomes:
Executive leadership (L1)
Senior management (L2)
Functional leads responsible for delivery
Use conditional display logic to ensure only relevant roles see these questions during the survey.
