Occasionally employees lose emails or they overlook the email containing their survey link. Fortunately, it is quite easy to resend a survey link to an employee with a few quick steps:

1) First, click on the 'manage' icon in the icon bar at the top of the platform window, near the 'home' icon:

2) Second, use Entromy's investigation tool to find the employee that needs a re-sent email:

Type the employee's name and 'investigate'

3) Find the 'full name' of the employee that needs a resent email, and click on the wrench icon on the far right.

4) From the drop-down menu under the wrench icon, select resend survey.

This will resend the initial email to the survey participant (not the reminder emails). To send a reminder email, use the "send reminder" option in the drop down shown immediately above.
