How can I add a new participant after the survey has launched?

1) First, click on the 'manage' icon in the icon bar at the top of the platform window, near the 'home' icon:

2) Second, use Entromy's investigation tool to find the employee that needs a new email

Type the employee's name and 'investigate'

3) Find the 'full name' of the employee to confirm that their email is not currently listed.

If the employees' email is not found, the investigate tool will prompt a message that "no matching names or email addresses were found." Click on the green highlighted add additional users here (see the text above the investigate box).

4) Click to add user.

5) Use the input fields to complete the new user set-up. Add all dimensions known for the user. Ensure user is set to “Active.”


6) Note: You must add user to a group in order for the user to receive a survey. The group added must be a group currently participating in an active survey.

7) From the 'Add to group' option, select the appropriate groups associated with current surveys.


8) After adding the new participant, we recommend resending the initial survey to the new participant.

From the drop-down menu under the wrench icon for 'manage users,' select resend survey.

This will resend the initial email to the survey participant (not the reminder emails). To send a reminder email, use the "send reminder" option in the drop down shown immediately above.
