How do I correct an employee's email address?

If an email address was incorrectly provided, there is an easy option to update to the correct email.

1) First, click on the 'manage' icon in the icon bar at the top of the platform window, near the 'home' icon:

2) Second, use Entromy's investigation tool to find the employee that needs a re-sent email:

Type the employee's name and 'investigate'

3) Find the 'full name' of the employee that needs a resent email, and click on the wrench icon on the far right.

4) Click on “edit user or email.” Then edit the email address, ensure user status is listed as Active, and click save.

- If the user status is inactive, the system will not send any emails


5) Selecting 'Edit user or email' will prompt the user information. Update the email address and set the status to active.


6) After, we recommend resending the survey to the new email address, in the same menu options for editing a user or email:
