When creating a survey, you may want certain questions to only be available to particular groups within your organization (e.g. Your finance team has started using a new invoicing system and you want their feedback. Questions around this topic would only be applicable to members of your finance team.). You may also want to have participants respond to additional questions based on responses to other questions in the survey.
In the Entromy platform you can use conditional display rules to show questions based on responses to other questions in the survey and/or to specific respondents.
To add conditional display rules, navigate to the Questions tab in the survey wizard and select the "Conditional rules" button.
Once selected, follow the steps in the pop up.
1. Select the questions to show only when conditions are met. This question will only show to the people that meet the conditional rules.
2. Select the conditions to show the question(s). These conditions can be based on specific groups within the company, defined by demographics, or on a particular answer given to a previous question.
By using conditional display rules, you can gather more accurate and insightful data, ultimately contributing to more informed decision-making processes.
