Entromy's Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) feature is a powerful tool which allows you to uncover your organization's top influencers. This is accomplished through our list select/nomination style questions which allow survey participants to select individuals within your organization as their response (e.g. Which individual(s) provide you with a clear understanding of business and work priorities?).
In some cases, you may wish to limit or expand the group of people participants can nominate. To do this, navigate to the Nominations tab in the Entromy survey wizard.
From here you can edit both what dimensions will display when survey participants search for individuals to nominate, as well as which individuals will be available in the list. Typically the list will consist of all of the survey participants, but you have the ability to add individuals one at a time or upload a custom list.
This can be helpful if you are looking to focus on a specific group of individuals or if you are running multiple surveys targeting different members of your organization but want to give them the abaility to nominate individuals outside that group.
