1. Create the OpenId Connect (OIDC) Application in OneLogin
Step 1: Open the Administration console
Log in to OneLogin.
Switch to Administration mode using the option in the header.
Step 2: Add a new Application
From the top navigation bar, select Applications, then choose the Applications submenu.
2. Click Add App.
3. Search for “OpenId Connect (OIDC)”. Select it and give the application a clear, meaningful name — for example, “Entromy OIDC”. Click Save.
2. Configure the OIDC Application
Step 1: Configure Redirect URI
After creating the application, you will land on its Configuration page. In the Redirect URI's field, enter: https://live.entromy.com/login/sso/callback
Step 2: Configure Token endpoint method
Navigate to the SSO page and set the Token Endpoint: Authentication Method to POST. Click Save.
Step 3: Identify required credentials for integration with Entromy
At the top of the SSO page, OneLogin displays three key values. You will need these later to enable OpenID Connect integration with Entromy:
Client ID
Client Secret
Issuer URL
Make sure to copy and securely store these values.
3. Assign Users to the Entromy SSO Application
For SSO to work, users must be granted access to the newly created Entromy OIDC application.
Step 1: Navigate to the Users section from the top navigation.
Step 2: Create a new user or open the existing user you wish to grant access.
Step 3: In the user’s profile, go to the Applications page and click the + (Add) button.
Step 4: Select your SSO application (e.g., Entromy OIDC) from the list and click Continue.
Step 5: Ensure the Allow the user to sign in checkbox is selected. Click Save.
The user is now registered for Entromy SSO and will be able to log in using OneLogin.
Step 6: Verify that all required users have been granted access.
You can view all assigned users by navigating to:
Applications → your Entromy OIDC Application → Users.
4. Complete SSO Configuration in the Entromy platform
Once your OneLogin OIDC application is set up, complete the configuration in the Entromy platform. Follow this setup guide to finish the process: https://help.entromy.com/en/articles/11541654-setting-up-sso-integration
Your OneLogin SSO Integration is complete
After saving your configuration in both OneLogin and Entromy, and completing all the steps above, your organization’s users will be able to sign in to the Entromy platform using SSO.
