All Org admins can connect their HRIS provider to Entromy through Merge by following the steps below.

3. If this is your first time setting up an HRIS integration, click +New integration.

If you have not included HRIS integration into your Entromy plan, click New integration then Contact our customer support to reach out to your customer success team to upgrade your plan.

4. If integrations are enabled, you will see an information box describing the data collection process.

5. After acknowledging the data collection process, Entromy will display a list of all existing integrations.

6. Once you select the appropriate integration (using BambooHR as an example), you will typically be asked to choose an authentication method. If possible, always use the recommended option, as it is simpler, faster, and reduces the likelihood of errors. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your credentials and complete the integration setup. The required credentials and setup steps may vary by provider. For provider-specific instructions navigate to Merge Help Center and Integrations page.

Note: In order to create a connection between two systems, you should be an admin in both system (have the right level of access). The instructions will guide you towards the next steps. In the example below, you need to log in to your BambooHR account to proceed.

7. Once you logged in to BambooHR, you will be redirected back to Entromy to continue the integration setup.

8. After that you will see the list of the data that Entromy can access.

Note: Entromy does not import employment payroll data

9. Once confirmed and you click Next, the integration will be connected and the HRIS will be synced to Entromy.

10. Once you have completed the integration, it will be displayed in the HRIS Integrations tab in Settings. Besides that, you can review employee records retrieved from your HRIS in Entromy by clicking on Settings icon > Users.
