The AI Assistant, is Entromy's built-in artificial intelligence capability. It is designed to help leaders and consultants work through assessment data more efficiently and with greater confidence. Throughout the platform, the AI Advisor functions as an intelligent partner: it surfaces data-driven insights, offers strategic recommendations, and provides guidance grounded in your organization's specific results and context.
This article walks through what the AI Advisor can do and how to put it to use in your day-to-day work.
Where to Find It
The AI Advisor appears as a chat panel accessible from the Insights page of the platform. Opening it presents a conversation window where you can type a question directly or select from a set of suggested prompts, such as drafting a board memo, briefing a CHRO on attrition risk, or building an investment committee deck for a sponsor. From there, you can ask follow-up questions and refine the conversation until you have what you need.
What the AI Advisor Can Do
Conversational Advisor
At its core, the AI Advisor is a conversational interface. You can ask it questions about your assessment results and receive contextual, data-informed answers in return. It is built to act as an organizational health and value creation analyst, and its responses are kept concise and actionable.
Every insight the AI Advisor offers is labeled for transparency, so you always know the basis for what you are reading:
Data-driven: based on your organization's actual assessment results.
Best practice: based on established management research and practice.
Hypothesis: an informed suggestion worth exploring further, rather than a conclusion drawn directly from your data.
The AI Advisor can also pull specific data into the conversation on request, including key findings, overview scores, Value Creation Plan (VCP) overviews, and category- or question-level scores. This means its answers are grounded in your organization's real results rather than generic guidance. Conversations support multiple turns, so you can ask a question, review the answer, and keep drilling into a topic until it is fully addressed. When you are ready to share findings with others, the AI Advisor can generate exports in Excel, PDF, or PowerPoint format directly from the conversation.
Value Driver Suggestions
The AI Advisor can recommend value drivers tailored to your organization's strategic situation. To generate these recommendations, it draws on several inputs you provide: your primary customer type, the nature of competition in your market, your organization's financial health, the key challenges you are facing, and any additional context relevant to your situation.
Based on these inputs, the AI Advisor produces a set of recommended value drivers aligned with your strategic priorities. You can review each suggestion, select the ones that fit, regenerate the list if none of the options feel right, and add your selections directly into your Value Creation Plan.
Key Role Mapping
Once value drivers are established, the AI Advisor can recommend which roles in your organization should be mapped to each one. For every suggested role, it provides the role name, the department it sits within, and a recommended allocation percentage indicating how much of that role's focus should be directed toward the value driver in question.
As with value driver suggestions, you can review these recommendations by value driver, select the ones that apply, regenerate suggestions where needed, and add your selections to your plan.
Business Context Synthesis
The AI Advisor can process documents you upload, such as strategy documents, board materials, or other reports, and synthesize them into a business context summary. This summary enriches the platform's understanding of your organization, which in turn supports more relevant and tailored analysis. Business Context works across Organizational Health assessments, Value Creation Plan assessments, 360 assessments, and 360 VCP assessments.
Action Plan Recommendations
At the question level, the AI Advisor can generate a full action plan recommendation. Each recommendation includes a focus area describing what to prioritize, an explanation of the impact and why it matters to the business, a goal describing what success looks like, concrete action steps, success criteria for measuring progress, and recommended articles for further reading.
Ways to Use the AI Advisor
The AI Advisor is built to support the everyday work of an Org Admin. A few common ways teams put it to use include the following.
Preparing for a board or sponsor update. Ask the AI Advisor to draft a board memo with speaker notes, or to build a deck summarizing your results for an investment committee or sponsor. Because the AI Advisor already has access to your assessment data, it can produce a first draft grounded in your actual results rather than a blank page.
Briefing a stakeholder quickly. If you need to bring your CHRO up to speed on attrition risk, or update another leader on a specific finding, you can ask the AI Advisor to prepare a concise briefing rather than compiling one manually from raw data.
Communicating an action plan to the organization. Once priorities are set, the AI Advisor can help draft a communication explaining the action plan to the broader organization, so leaders spend less time on the writing and more time on the rollout itself.
Exploring your data directly. Rather than requesting a custom cut of data from your Client Success or Client Partner team, you can ask the AI Advisor questions directly, such as how a particular category scored relative to a prior period, or what the top drivers behind a specific finding appear to be.
Building your Value Creation Plan. Use the AI Advisor to generate value driver suggestions based on your organization's situation, then map key roles to each driver, so your plan reflects both strategic priorities and the people responsible for delivering them.
Generating a 90-day action plan. For any finding you want to act on, ask the AI Advisor for a structured plan that includes goals, concrete steps, and success criteria, so you leave the conversation with something your team can execute against immediately.
Keeping People in the Loop
The AI Advisor is built to support your judgment, not replace it. As you will see noted throughout the platform, the AI Advisor is susceptible to errors, and critical information should always be verified before it is used in a decision or shared externally.
Every suggestion the AI Advisor produces, whether a value driver, a role mapping, or an action plan, can be reviewed, edited, regenerated, or discarded. You remain in control of what makes it into your plan and your communications at every step.
Getting Better Results
The AI Advisor performs best when it has rich context to work from. The more assessment data, business inputs, and uploaded documents it has access to, the more tailored its recommendations will be. If a response feels too general, consider uploading a relevant strategy document or providing additional detail about your organization's situation, then asking again.
