Reminder email communication templates

Reminders should be sent through the platform every 2-3 days depending on the length of the survey.

We also recommend a final "last call" email on the morning of the survey close. Below are several sample reminder email language templates.

Note: reminders are only sent to participants that have not yet completed a survey

Here are examples of survey templates and language for inspiration:


1) Initial reminder emails


Example #1

Hello @FirstName,

We are thrilled by the participation we have received to-date since our survey launch. The feedback we have received has been thoughtful and insightful, and we are eager to hear from the entire team.

Could you please share your candid thoughts, feedback, and ideas with us before the survey closes: @SurveyLink

As a reminder, your responses are confidential and never attributed individually. However, responses are aggregated and presented collectively at team level by the Entromy platform to highlight key trends at our company. 2) Mid-survey reminder emails

In the last [x] weeks, you have received several communications regarding our recent survey launch. Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey, providing your valuable input to key upcoming initiatives.

For those who have not yet responded, I strongly encourage you to do so, and allow your voice to be heard. You have until end of day [date] to complete the survey.
