Hello @FirstName,

Following up on my earlier note, we are excited to announce the launch of our organization-wide survey. We view this as an important initiative that will help us become a more successful a company and an even better place to work. Our survey is designed to be quick and impactful, focusing on the key attributes that drive our culture, business and employee values.

Your unique survey link is here: @SurveyLink.

A few important notes:

  • We ask that you please do not forward your link to other team members.

  • Please feel free to skip on questions where you do not feel you can provide perspective.

  • If you need more time to complete the survey, you can submit completed answers and return later. When you return to the survey later, you have the opportunity to complete any remaining questions.

  • You may return to the survey to complete any remaining questions before the survey closes. Please note, responses cannot be edited after submitted.

  • Your comments and responses are confidential and never attributed individually. However, responses are aggregated and presented collectively at team level by our third-party platform, Entromy.com, that we have engaged to highlight key trends at our company while also ensuring confidentiality. To learn more about Entromy’s privacy policy visit https://www.entromy.com/privacy.

  • Should you have any questions or technical difficulties, please contact [recommend point of internal contact] or the Entromy team.

Please be transparent. Only through your candid feedback will we know where to focus our efforts in creating an even better organization.

Thank you in advance for all that you contribute to ensure our team's success.
