As a best practice, Entromy recommends sending survey reminder emails every 2-3 days within a given survey window.
Reminders sent from the Entromy platform are only delivered to participants who have not yet submitted any kind of response to your survey.
To send a reminder email from the Entromy platform:
1) From the top navigation menu, click Manage:

2) Locate your current survey(s), then click Preview & Send Reminder:

3) After a few moments, the below dialogue box will appear, where you can review your reminder text. Click "Edit" to make any desired changes to the email subject and/or body:
Please Note:
If your survey is prepared with more than 1 reminder message or if you incorporated translated launch+reminder email messages, you will be given the option to toggle to the additional languages and/or select the specific reminder.

4) Once your review is complete and any desired changes have been made, click Send preview email -- a proof of the reminder email will then be sent to your email address. Be sure to check the subject line, as well as any dynamic elements (most commonly @FirstName, @SurveyLink and @SurveyEndDate) to ensure they're populating as expected.
5) When you're ready to send your reminder emails, repeat steps 1 and 2, then click the Send Reminder button as shown in the image above.
