Customizing your comparative review

On the Entromy platform and in reports, you can customize the views for comparing results within specific user dimensions. For example, you can change the order of department comparison from the default (lowest score to highest score).

To begin customizing your comparative review:

1. Navigate to the Discussion Materials page here: https://live.entromy.com/reports/discussion-materials/

2. Select the survey you'd like to report on, then click "Settings":

3. Here, you'll find drop-down options for sorting your rows and columns by your desired parameters:

Once you've made the desired changes, click "Save" to update this slide. Changes will propagate to your downloadable PowerPoint report, which you can access by clicking the "PPT" button under the Discussion Materials page. You can reset your view any time by returning to Settings and clicking the "Reset to defaults" button, then click "Save" once more.

4. In addition to sorting your rows and columns, you can drag-and-drop the order of your values. In this example, we'll select "Edit dimensions order" to expand the customizable view:

Drag-and-drop the value into your preferred placement, then click the "Ok" button, and "Save". In this example, we'll drag-and-drop "Employee Role," so the Employee Role column appears before Gender in our reporting:

Again, click the "Reset to defaults" button, then "Save" under Settings any time to revert back to your original layout.

5. You can control which dimensions are visible vs. not visible in the reports by navigating to Configure > Users > Wrench > User Dimensions. Simply click a dimension and check/uncheck the “Visibility” setting. You’ll notice the dimensions that pull into the report have the “eyeball” icon whereas the dimensions that are hidden are slashed.
