To review and manage responses that have been submitted on all open-ended questions in your survey, click on Surveys > choose a survey > Actions: Review comments.
The Entromy platform will give you the ability to set up "Filters" to see responses by specific groups (ie. departments, managers, locations, etc.), responses to specific questions, and even responses by specific languages.
After any appropriate filters have been selected, you will now be able to review and manage responses.
The Review comments page has the following first columns:
1) Statement: Response verbatim
2) Score: Reflects the score from the voting function being turned on under the Crowdsourcing. To learn more about Crowdsourcing, click here.
3) Confidential: Highlights survey respondents that have selected their responses not be used for Crowdsourcing purposes.
4) Inappropriate: Highlights statements that Entromy's Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool has flagged as inappropriate for language or identifying a specific person by name.
5) Status: Entromy's Natural Lauguage Processing(NLP) tools will flag statements that into 3 different categories:
“Visible” = statement is visible and included in reporting and visible to be voted on if the Crowdsourcing function is enabled.
“Excluded” = statement not visible in reporting or digital focus group;
“For review” = Statement was marked as ‘confidential’ or ‘inappropriate’ by user, or was flagged by Entromy filtration, this statement is NOT currently visible in reporting or digital focus group. The statement must be manually reviewed and changed to either "Excluded" or "Visible."
Manage Statements
In the "Status" column, you can filter all of the comments that need to be reviewed by clicking the filter icon and select "For review."
Review each statement to determine if it should be made visible or excluded. To change the status, simply click the dropdown under "Status" and change it from "For review" to either Visible or Excluded.
If you have a large amount of comments to review, you can click on the box to the left of the comment once you have reviewed it and do a mass update to the desired state once you have completed reviewing the statements on the page. On the bottom of the screen there is an option to select the amount of statements for review that are visible on the page which can be selected in 10/20/50/100 increments.
