The help center at help.entromy.com provides all the information needed to tailor the Entromy platform to your specific needs. Before diving into the platform, we recommend familiarizing with some of the key terms and concepts included below.
So, what does the Entromy platform do?
From a high level, the Entromy platform is your single solution for administering organizational assessments in the form of surveys. Within the platform you'll manage your survey participant lists (also known as user lists), survey questions, and reporting that's pertinent to you. You'll also deliver the survey itself, in the form of an email containing a unique survey link, to participants directly from the platform.

Upon logging into your account at live.entromy.com, you'll see a navigation bar in the top-left hand corner, which will stay visible as you move about the Entromy platform:

Home - Returns you to the home Organizational Dashboard, where you have an at-a-glance view of survey metrics as they're available in real time.
Surveys - This is where you will create, manage, and close your surveys.
Insights - Your starting point for the array of reports available within the Entromy platform.
Action plan - the process of translating survey insights into clear, accountable next steps that address key organizational opportunities.
