In most cases, Entromy surveys are sent to participants via email, which contains a unique survey link. If you don't have regular access to email, your survey administrator can also enable the option for you to complete the survey from a shared terminal using a code that's unique to you.

If your survey administrator has enabled this option, they will provide you with a link that looks similar to this example: https://live.entromy.com/access/421

Here, enter the unique code provided to you by your survey administrator. Once entered, you'll be able to complete the survey, and your feedback will be captured successfully.
