In the Entromy platform, it's very easy to extend a survey window to allow additional time for your participants to respond.

To extend a survey window:

1. From the top navigation menu, click Configure, then click Surveys:

2. Find the applicable survey in the list, then click on it:

3. You'll be directed to the survey wizard "Basics" screen, simply click the calendar icon to select and extend the survey close date:

Note: if the "Survey closed" date has passed, you can still extend the survey window by adjusting the "Survey closed" date. This will allow you to send an additional round of reminders, if you'd like.

4. Make sure to save all changes.
