While we encourage clients to keep crowdsourcing enabled, we provide the ability to disable it.
To disable crowdsourcing, navigate to the Settings tab in the survey setup and uncheck the box beside "Enable voting".
Once this is done, survey participants will be unable to view and vote on other respondents comments. The Entromy platform will continue capturing respondents comments but you will not be able to rank order them/view which are most popular.
Again, we do recommend keeping this feature enabled as it provides insight on what comments are resonating most within your organization but the option to disable it is available to you.
