If an email address was incorrectly provided, there is an easy option to update to the correct email.

1) First, click on the 'manage' icon in the icon bar at the top of the platform window, near the 'home' icon:

2) Second, click on the people icon in relation to the survey that you would like to the change to apply to.

3) Use the search bar to find the user that you would like to edit. Then click on the wrench and select "Edit user or email".

4) Make the edit to the users' email address or other dimensions and click "Save" button the bottom of the screen.

5) After, we recommend resending the survey to the new email address, by clicking on the wrench icon and select "Resend Survey"
