The Entromy platform can provide additional information about participation to support further outreach or analysis.

For active or recently closed surveys:

1) Starting at the 'home' page, select Surveys tab:

2) The current participation rate can be found next to the survey name. You can view more details by navigating to three dots > Manage participants:

3) After selecting the 'person icon', the next window provides a list of all participants within the survey, as well as when a first survey was sent to an individual, if/when a reminder was sent, and when the individual responded. If the response date is blank, they have not submitted at least one response within their survey. (Note: partial responses are included under 'responses.)

4) To download additional detail for further analysis, the platform includes the option to export the participation data into Excel. You can export by selecting the "Export" button.

6) This will provide an excel with detailed participation data. Within the Excel file provided, you will be able to see individual user participation and participation rates by dimension. In the Users Tab, the "Participation" column in the file shows participation status.
