The Entromy platform can provide additional information about participation to support further outreach or analysis.

For active or recently closed surveys: (For surveys that closed more than two weeks ago, see instructions at the end of this article)

1) Starting at the 'home' page, select the 'manage' icon:

2) A pop-up window will appear titled 'Manage current surveys'. The current participation rate can be found below the survey name. You can view more details by selecting the 'person' icon.

3) The next window provides a list of all participants within the survey, as well as when a first survey was sent to an individual, if/when a reminder was sent, and when the individual responded. If the response date is blank, they have not submitted at least one response within their survey.

- Note: partial responses are included under 'responses.'

4) To download additional detail for further analysis, the platform includes the option to export the participation data into Excel. You can export by only participants or by the dimensions provided in the user file (department, location, etc)

6) This will provide a raw data file. Within the Excel file provided, the two dimensions included are listed if previously provided for that user. Finally, the last column in the file, 'Participant' provides an easy way to calculate participation rates by dimension.

  • Participation = 0 : has not participated

  • Participation = 1 : has submitted a survey (either complete or partial)
