How do I correct an employee's email address?

If an employee's email address needs to be updated, this can easily be done within the Entromy platform.

1) Click the "Surveys" button in the top left of your page.

2) Locate your survey under Active (if the survey is already live) or Drafts if you have not yet launched. Click 3dots under 'Actions' and select 'Manage Participants'

3) Navigate to the participant with the email address to be updated. You can search their name using the search bar. Once located, click the wrench icon.

4) Click the "Edit user or email" option and update the participant's email address. Be sure to save your changes.

FINAL NOTE: If you have already launched the survey, you will need to send the survey to the user whose email address you just updated. First, select the wrench beside their name again and if their status is 'Inactive' then select 'Make active' right below 'Edit user or email' then select 'Resend Survey'
