At Entromy, we take privacy very seriously. If there are ever any concerns about security, please reach out to support@entromy.com to speak with one of our representatives.

For the latest full-set of security conditions and legal information, please see our website's privacy policy at https://www.entromy.com/privacy

There are several features in place in our platform to ensure that all open-ended responses remain confidential, and that the survey process includes only appropriate material at all times:

  1. First, privacy controls are in place to ensure no reporting or comments are shown unless the response threshold is met. Our system will not allow for privacy thresholds below 3 individuals, and we generally recommend at least 5. Additionally, we only provide aggregated scores and aggregated comments in reporting options for groups that reached the minimum threshold.
    - For example, if a department contains only 2 individuals, then the department needs to be included under 'other' with other respondents included to reach the minimum threshold and display the survey results

  2. Our Natural Language Processing reviews free-form comments and then blocks comments that may include inappropriate language, personal information (such as personal names, titles, etc.), or suggest inappropriate behavior (such as alcohol or drugs) from continuing through the survey process. These comments are first flagged for review, and can be withheld from the survey crowd-sourcing process, or released into the general survey process by an administrator.
    - Note: even when comments are flagged, the source of the comment (e.g. the email address) will not be made available.

  3. Our crowd-sourcing tool, which allows users to agree/disagree with other participants also contributes to anonymity: from the start, users are able to provide collective feedback that reduces the ability to identify individual survey participants.

Again, at any time, please reach out to support@entromy.com to learn more about security.
