Navigating the Entromy Insights Suite

Written by Victoria Corney

The Entromy Insights Suite gives every user, from a report viewer to an administrator, a way to explore survey results, interpret organizational health data, and generate polished reports. This guide walks through three aspects of the platform: what you can access based on your permissions, how to navigate and interpret the results themselves, and how to configure your report settings before exporting. We recommend watching the videos in order.

Part I: Insights Suite Access and Permissions

This video is intended for users with report viewer access. It shows how you land in the environment assigned to your permissions and how to use the Insights page from there. You will see how to select a base period primary survey, compare it against a prior survey if you choose, and build custom filters by dimension, such as department or gender, using the filters text box. The video also explains two constraints worth knowing in advance: filters apply only within your own login, and any filtered view must contain enough responses to meet the platform's reporting thresholds. From there, it covers how to customize report exports, including Excel page and appendix details, how to view and configure comparative demographics, how to toggle AI summaries on closed surveys, and how to export to PowerPoint or Excel, depending on whether your permissions include AI Assistant access.

Part II: Navigating and Interpreting Your Results

This video provides a broader tour of the platform for users interpreting results rather than simply viewing them. It begins with the Executive Summary and Business Overview, then explains the key metrics that anchor most analyses, including Organizational Health, eNPS, and participation. From there, it moves into Business Risks and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), along with how to review top comments and drill into detailed results. The video closes with an introduction to the AI Advisor, a tool built to help you investigate findings quickly, surface key themes and risks, and think through potential next steps based on what the data shows.

Part III: Configuring Report Settings

This video covers the report settings available within the Insights Suite, walking through the options you can adjust before generating or exporting a report. Basic settings let you toggle specific slides on or off, so you can determine which sections appear in the final report and adjust your benchmarks accordingly. Demographic visibility governs which demographic comparisons appear in the report, a setting worth attention since it can meaningfully change the insights the report surfaces; from here, you can view all available demographics and decide how much detail to include. Advanced settings offer further control over which slides appear and how the underlying data is displayed, and we recommend working through these before you export. Because the right level of detail depends on your team and the audience you are presenting to, it is worth experimenting with a few configurations to find the one that fits best.
