Once Entromy's standard user template file is completed, the platform allows for multiple ways to add users to a survey.
Our recommend steps are the following:
1) First, upload the user file directly by navigating to the following: Configure --> Users
2) Second, select the 'import' option in the upper right of the 'Manager Users' screen
β3) Selecting 'import' will prompt a request to upload the user template (please note, it must be uploaded via CSV). Other important requirements:
The CSV file must not contain duplicate or blank email addresses
4) After successfully uploading the CSV file, a list of users will now appear in the 'Manage Users' screen,. An example screen is shown below:

Once a user file has been loaded, users can be added into groups before attached to a survey.
