At the conclusion of a survey -- or even while a survey is still running -- you may wish to share results with specific internal team members, like department leaders. On the Entromy platform, it's easy to ensure department leaders have access to results only for their specific team.

In this scenario, let's say you'd like the Head of Marketing to have access to survey results for his/her team. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the survey management page here

2. Click on the survey to which you're granting access

3. In the "Access to Results" section, click "Add Users":

4. Select the applicable team member (in this scenario, the Head of Marketing) from the drop-down list

5. Grant the team member access to the applicable group results:

For this scenario, you'll select the Marketing group:

6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
