Example Communications for Survey Pre-launch and Close

While survey communication can be managed entirely within the Entromy platform, we recommend that a senior leader send a pre-launch email, from their personal corporate email account, to introduce this survey to participants.

Examples are provided below for reference:

I am excited to announce that we will soon be launching an Organizational Health Survey to assess how we can grow and become an even stronger organization. Along with the leadership team, I view this as an important initiative. The survey was designed to be quick and impactful, focusing on the key attributes that drive our business and employee values.

We recognize the importance of confidentiality when asking for your honest ideas, suggestions and feedback. You will soon receive an e-mail from a third-party, Entromy. As we capture this feedback, we encourage you to be candid and thoughtful, with the goal of providing leadership the insights we need to make our organization a better and more successful Company for all of us. Your results are anonymous and will only be aggregated and summarized by Entromy.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will soon receive a personalized link to complete this survey from Entromy. We are looking for 100% participation and I would like to ask that everyone complete the survey by [close date]. Should you have any questions or technical difficulties, please contact the team at support@entromy.com
