Rank Delay is a feature option available for open ended questions in the Entromy survey wizard. When survey participants reach open-ended statement questions, they are given the ability to vote on other comments submitted by other participants. If there is a concern that viewing these comments may bias or influence respondents, you can enable Rank Delay which will force participants to submit their own comments before voting on others.
To enable Rank Delay, navigate to the Questions tab in the survey wizard and select the edit option on individual statement questions.
Once selected, scroll to the option for Rank Delay and enable it.
Once this option is enabled, survey participants will have to enter their own comments before being able to vote on others.
