Depending on your situation, you may want various department leaders to have restricted access to the Entromy platform so they can log in and review results for their specific team. To set platform access for specific team members, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the user management page here

2. Search for the team member to which you're granting access, then click on their user record within the search results:


3. After you've opened the user record, select the appropriate role within the Role field:

Roles on the Entromy platform have the following permissions:

  • Limited User: standard survey participants are all defined as Limited User, with no access to the Entromy platform or reports.

  • User: the User role can access the Entromy platform to view reports that have been explicitly assigned to them. Learn more here.

  • Discussion Materials: same as User role permissions, but with access to the discussion materials only.

  • Organization Admin: access to anything within your organization on the Entromy platform, regardless of owner or permission.

  • Consultant: ability to access multiple organizations on the Entromy platform (applicable to consultants who manage multiple company accounts).

4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the user record

5. Lastly, you can send Entromy platform login credentials to the pertinent user. From the user management page, click the wrench icon, then click "Send login information":

This will automatically send an email to the pertinent user, containing the information they need to access the Entromy platform.
