Based on your needs, it may be helpful to export a full list of participant comments from a given survey. While participant identities remain anonymous, you can pull comments filtered by the desired group, survey, and time period.
To pull raw comment data from the Entromy platform:
1. Use the top navigation bar to access Surveys:
2. Select the survey you are looking to pull comments from and click "Review comments":
3. Apply any relevant filters and comment statuses you want to pull (by default, only “For review” comments are displayed on the page).
4. Click the 'Export' button:
5. The Excel file contains the comments grouped by survey question.
